Incentive Program 2010-11

It’s that time again!

Time to start tracking points with the all new 2010-11 incentive program! This program has been completely revamped to include almost any activity. The level of physical fitness intensity you track points by will be based on your perceived exertion. (Please refer to your 2010-11 WOW booklet for more information regarding rate of perceived exertion.) HERE is a log sheet you may use to record your points, as well as an example sheet to help you. Please submit your log sheets at the end of each month to your campus representative: Lana Stewart, McCook; Melissa Garcia, North campus; and Denise Sullivan, South campus. A leader board will be sent to WOW members monthly and prizes will be awarded based on the four levels listed below. Additional log sheets, as well as the monthly leader board, will be posted the the site and don’t forget to check out the WOW library while you’re here!
