Incentive Programs

The WOW Incentive Program is designed to encourage members to become involved in healthy lifestyle changes. Points are given for personal education, physical fitness, preventive health, stress management, nutrition and weight management. Use the handy, monthly incentive logs, on the following pages, to keep track of your points.

Weight Management & Maintenance  

Plan your weight management and maintenance goals with your Health Care Professional. Set personal, quarterly goal(s) that are realistic for you. For each month (3 months = 1 quarter) your goal is met or maintained, you receive 5 points.
